To the named respondent and all other inter- ested persons, you are hereby notified pur- suant to Mass. R. Civ. P. Rule 72, that the Seventh through the Ninth, inclusive accounts(s) of Citizens Union Savings Bank of Fall River, MA as conservator of the prop- erty of said respondent has or have been presented to the Court of allowance.

You have the right to object to the account(s). If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance at this court on or before 10:00AM on the return date of 10/19/2012. This day is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline date by which you have to file the written appearance if you object to the account(s). If you fail to file the written appearance by the return date, action may be taken in this matter without further notice to you, including the allowance of the account(s).

Additionally within thirty days after said return day (or within such other time as the Court upon motion may order), you nust file a written affidavit of objections stating the specific facts and grounds upon which each objection is based and a copy shall be served upon the Consorvator pusuant to Mass, R. Civ. P. 5.

You have the right to send the Conservator, by regestered or certified mail, a written request to receive a copy of the account(s) at no cost to you.

The outcome of this proceeding may limit or completely take away the above-named person’s right to make decisions about per- sonal affairs or financial affairs or both. The above named person has the right to ask for a lawyer. Anyone may make this request on behalf of the above named person. If the above-named person cannot afford a lawyer, one may be appointed at State expense.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
