Bristol police bust house party, charge two

Bristol police arrested two, and issued summons' for three Roger Williams University students after busting a house party last Friday.

Evan Kelley, 21, and Michael Deroma, also 21, both of 271 Wood St., were arrested on charges of providing alcohol to minors, a misdemeanor.

Kelley and Deroma hosted upwards of 30 students at their Wood Street apartment Aug. 30. Police were called to the home at 11:32 p.m. after a neighbor called to complain about the noise.

Upon arrival, police could hear, and later saw 25 to 30 college-aged kids behind the house, talking and allegedly drinking alcohol. Summons' were issued to John O'Neill, 19, of Roslindale; Charles C. Woods, 20, of Demarest, N.J.; and Camden Mahoney, 20, of 145 Bradford St., in Bristol. The three will have to appear in court to answer the charge of underage possession and consumption of alcohol.

The other students were dispersed.
