Bristol man banned from Barrington library for a year

Barrington Public Library officials ordered a 33-year-old Bristol man out of the building on Monday, March 10, after the man was caught viewing pornography on a library computer.

Library officials banned the man from using the library for a full year; the individual had previously been issued a 30-day suspension for a similar incident.

According to police, someone witnessed the man viewing the pornography on the library computer and when he was ordered out of the building, the man reportedly yelled and screamed at library employees.

Police issued the man a no trespassing order for the library.
