Bristol arrests: Shoplifting, domestic assault, disorderly conduct

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

Anthony Distefano, 26, of 17 Cherry Wood Drive, was charged with shoplifting at Stop & Shop on Metacom Avenue around 3:30 p.m. June 13

Thomas J. Kesson, 33, of 60 Constitution St., Bristol, was arrested on a 2nd District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of disorderly conduct. Mr. Kesson was taken into custody after a resident on Wood Street reported seeing two suspicious men in the area at 7:30 p.m. June 13.

Christopher Maurice Raphael, 30, of State Street, Bristol, was charged with domestic assault on June 14.

Kristin O. Trexler, 46, of 54 Monroe Ave., Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to Verdi Lane just after 10 p.m. June 15 for reports of a disturbance.

Carmine Federico, 60, of 2 Main St., Midfield, Mass., was charged with shoplifting at Stop & Shop on Metacom Avenue at 6:30 p.m.
