Barrington United Methodist Church invites community to participate

Posted

The Barrington United Methodist Church, at 230 Washington Road in Barrington, is inviting the community to participate in an interactive prayer wall.

Participants can select a strip of fabric from the bin and pray over it. When they are finished praying, they can weave the material into the holes of the prayer wall. All are welcome to utilize multiple strips and return as often as they please.

"This wall will remain on the church grounds throughout the summer months as a reminder of the power of prayer, and all the ways our lives are intertwined in the great tapestry of life," stated a press release from the church. "Let us create something beautiful together through our prayers and deeds!"
