Barrington building permits include restaurant work

Posted

May was a month of celebrations in Barrington, which was evidenced by the seven permits pulled for tent installations at local properties.

Residents, schools and clubs pulled the tent permits for a variety of occasions — St. Andrew’s School celebrated its Night of Shining Stars and its graduation ceremonies under a tent, while St. Luke Church held a going-away party for a priest.

Also in May, officials pulled a permit for recently-completed interior renovation of Newport Creamery.
