Barrington baseball team bounced from playoffs

The Barrington High School baseball team, which opened the postseason with a win over Lincoln High School, was eliminated after losing two games last week.

The Eagles dropped a 10-3 decision to North Kingstown on Tuesday, June 4. North Kingstown took an early 3-0 lead, but Barrington fought back to tie the game. The score stayed knotted until the Skippers broke it open later in the game.

In a must-win loser’s bracket game, Barrington fell to Lincoln 4-3. The Eag;es held a 3-0 lead, but sloppy play later in the game cost them.
