Kyle D. Botelho, 22, of 51 Adams St., Tiverton, was charged at 10:15 a.m. on a bench warrant issued by 2nd District Court. Police stopped the vehicle he was driving on West Main Road near Melville School because it was missing a front registration plate.

Shortly after 6 p.m., police investigated a report of a loud college party at 498 Park Ave. When an officer arrived, he found beer cans in the street and littered throughout the yard. Most people had left the party by the time police arrived, and the remaining six people were all over 21 years of age. Police said Roger Williams University would be notified of the incident.

Camille M. Andersen, 30, of 426 Spring St., Apt. 101, was charged at 12:30 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
