Tiverton Police: Motorists report being shot at

Monday, April 18

At 9:48 a.m., an Eagleville Road resident came to the police station to report his bank account had been hacked into.

Tuesday, April 19

A driver taking Main Road exit off of Route 24 reported at 12:18 p.m. that she had been shot at, but didn't know if it was a BB gun or regular gun. She said she found two holes in her car. At 12:27 p.m. an Evans Avenue caller reported two loud shots followed by damage to his windshield. Says he saw two or three men running around the area of Evans Avenue, but was unable to describe them. Police on foot searched but were unable to locate anyone.

At 1:06 p.m., a caller near Creamer Pond reported three males "trespassing on the pond" area. An officer who checked said he "can see two young kids and a father fishing."

Wednesday, April 20

At 11:50 a.m., Jamie M. Reynolds, 36, of Fall River, was charged with possession of a scheduled drug and driving with an invalid license.

Kristine Cantelmo, 42, of 333 Main Road, #C, Tiverton, was charged at 3:59 p.m. with disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.

Thursday, April 21

At 3:10 p.m., David Phillip Costa, 33, of Fall River, was charged with three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Friday, April 22

At 2:43 a.m., Dashawn Lucas, 25, of East Boston, was charged with two counts of possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana (1 ounce or less, 18 years old or older), obstructing an officer, and driving with an invalid license.

At 10:18 p.m., Robert Dias, 33, of 21 Sterling Drive, Apt. #9, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test, and driving the wrong way on a one way highway.

Sunday, April 24

Edward Laferriere, 55, of Fall River, was charged at 7:48 a.m. with disorderly conduct.
