The Friedman Group recently joined Residential Properties' Barrington location.

The Friedman Group is comprised of Ted Friedman, Betsy Friedman, and Claudia Maioran.

“RPL has been the top real estate brokerage in Barrington for years and doesn’t show any signs of slowing down,” Mr. Friedman said in a recent press release. “This will allow myself and my team to grow and increase our business in Barrington and surrounding areas.” 

Throughout the years, the Friedman Group has won several awards including the Circle of Sales Excellence Gold Award in 2015. Mr. Friedman has also been a Five Star Agent from 2011 to 2016.

Ms. Friedman said Residential Properties' marketing and technology department was one of the reasons The Friedman Group joined Residential. 

“I am very excited to access all the professional marketing tools and materials that the Residential Properties marketing department has created for the agents,” she says. 

A Barrington native, Ms. Maioran said she is optimistic for the team’s spring market. 

“I am thrilled to become a member of such a reputable real estate company in my hometown,” she said. “We have had a busier than usual November and if that is any indicator, it will be a record-making spring market for Barrington as well!”
