Each week the Personal Injury Law Offices of d’Oliviera & Associates compiles a summary of recalls, FDA warnings, market withdrawals and safety alerts that they feel the public should be aware of for their safety and so that they can make informed decisions.

Here are 23 recalls to be aware of this week.

Auto


  • Chrysler recalled 88,888 Darts, Durangos, and Grand Cherokees for two separate issues. Dart recall concerns windshield washer pumps, and the Durango and Grand Cherokee recall is for fuel rails.

  • Toyota pays $3.4 billion in class-action suit over rusty truck frames.

  • Mazda recalled model year 2004-2008 RX-8s - Fuel pump sealing rings may deteriorate due to exposure to engine heat.

  • Mazda, model year 2010-1011, Tribute vehicles recalled - The Fuel Delivery Module (FDM) may crack, causing a fuel leak.

  • Mitsubishi  recalled Outlander Sports Vehicles Model year 2011-2015  - Water may leak into the windshield wiper motor breathing hole.

Motorcycle/Scooters/Accessories


  • Yamaha recalled model year 2014-2016 WR250R motorcycles - The clutch push lever oil seal may crack, allowing engine oil to leak.

  • Vega Helmet recalled XTA and XTA Touring motorcycle half helmets - The affected helmets may not adequately protect the user's head.

Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories


  • Gates recalled ATV and UTV clutches - The clutch can break during operation of the vehicle.

  • Model year 2017 Vibe trailers recalled - Anyone touching the energized kitchen stove may receive an electrical shock.

  • Winnebago View and Itasca Navion motorhomes recalled - The driver and front passenger seats may detach from the mounting pedestals.

  • Forest River recalled Salem and Wildwood recreational trailers - The number of axles on the vehicles is incorrectly stated.

  • Model year 2017 Jay Sport camping trailers recalled - The vehicles are labeled with incorrect tire pressure information.

  • Starcraft recalled model year 2017 AR-ONE trailers - The federal placard and cargo carrying capacity labels contain incorrect information.

  • Hammerhead Off-Road recalled Fun-Karts due to fuel leak and fire hazards.

Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements


  1. The Popcorn Shoppe recalled various popcorn ball products - The products contain milk and soy, allergens not listed on the label.

  2. Nutra Manufacturing, Inc. (“Nutra”) initiated a nationwide, voluntary recall of one lot of GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Time Release dietary supplements due to an undeclared allergen in the ingredients, milk.

  3. Piccadilly Fine Foods recalled beef shepherd’s pie - The products contain anchovies, an allergen not declared on the label.

  4. Hinty's recalled bean soup and spicy pumpkin chili - The products may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum.

  5. Free2b Foods recalled Chocolate Sun Cups - The products may contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.

  6. Sabra Dipping Co., LLC is voluntarily recalling certain hummus products made prior to November 8, 2016 due to concerns over Listeria monocytogenes.

  7. H-E-B issued a precautionary recall of its entire H-E-B Baby Food 2 pack 4 oz. cups product line due to rubber being found in the product.

  8. Request Foods, Inc issued a recall for GFS® Brand Cheese Manicotti due to undeclared eggs in the product ingredients.

Household Products


  • LTD Commodities recalled projection night lights - The night lights can short circuit, posing shock and fire hazard.

  • Kidde recalled combination smoke/CO alarms - The alarms may fail to alert consumers about a serious incident.
