Manuel Santa Cabral Jr., 99, of Greylock Road passed away on April 24, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Manor. He was the husband of the late Mary (Correia) Cabral.

Manuel Santa Cabral Jr., 99, of Greylock Road passed away on April 24, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Manor. He was the husband of the late Mary (Correia) Cabral.

Born in Seekonk, MA he was the son of the late Manuel and Mary (Almeida) Cabral. He was the father of Dennis C. Cabral of Bristol, Beverly M. Perry of Cherry Hill, NJ and Richard M. Cabral of Ft. Myers, FL; grandfather of Dennis M. Cabral and Denise McGregor and great grandfather of Megan McGregor, Sarah McGregor and Michael C. Cabral. He was the brother of the late Mary Stanzione.

Mr. Cabral attended school in Seekonk and worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years before becoming a member of the Local 94.

His funeral services will be held Thursday, April 28, 10 a.m. from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High Street with a Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth’s Church 577 Wood Street. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bristol.

Calling hours are Wednesday 5 – 8 p.m.
