Bristol arrests: Domestic assault, multiple house party charges

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests:

Karen M. Chiaro, 63, of Roma Street in Bristol, was charged with domestic assault on Sept. 12.

Kaitlin M. Martel, 24, of Hopeworth Avenue in Bristol, was charged with domestic assault Sept. 13.

Philip M. Child, 23, of 33 Hopeworth Ave., Bristol, was charged with misdemeanor larceny under $1,500. He was arrested on Town Common Sept. 14.

Justin R. Marks, 31, of 10 Crown St., has been charged with two counts of forgery/counterfeiting and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card Sept. 15.

Christopher C. Bone, 35, of 24 Child St., Apt. 3, Warren, was arrested on an affidavit warrant from the Warren Police Department on two counts of passing fraudulent checks Sept. 15.

Police responded to a house party complaint on Thompson Avenue just before midnight Sept. 15, charging several people for allegedly providing alcohol to minors. Among those charged are: Colin Beaudoin, 20, of 21 Hemingway Drive, Wallingford, Conn., who was also charged with underage possession of alcohol; Austin Patrick Ryan, 20, of 647 Elm St., Monroe, Conn.; Matthew Giovatto, 20, of 561 Egan Terrace, River Vale, NJ; Liam Michael Barnes, 20, of 950 Peach Lane, Cheshire, Conn.; and James McLaughlin, 20, of 1 Howard Monroe Place, Lexington, Mass.

Kollen E. Barcelos, 20, of 14 Hamlet Drive, Bristol, was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test Sept. 16. 

Joshua P. Luis, 31, of 807 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant.

Wesley M. Moclair, 19, of 36 Washington St., Bristol, was charged with underage possession of alcohol at High and Franklin streets at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 17.

Police responded to another house party, this one on Prospect Street just after 10 p.m. Sept. 17, resulting in several charges. Acacia H. Longley, 19 of 278 Whiting Pond Road, Fairfield, Conn., and Amanda L. Seda, 19, of 856 Devon St., Kearny, NJ, were both charged with underage possession of alcohol. Three others were charged with providing alcohol to minors, including Austin Glasser, 21, of 1740 NW 96th Ave., Plantation, Fla.; Garrett T. Henderson, 21, of 7 Hilltop Farm Road, Auburn, Mass.; Alexander Tuhy, 21, of 284 Wentworth Shore Road, Moultonboro, NH.

Nicole L. Pacheco, 28, of 41 Thompson Ave., Bristol, was charged with larceny under $1,500, fraudulent use of a credit card, and possession of narcotics Sept. 18.
