East Bay Warriors bow in Pop Warner regionals

The East Bay Warriors’ undefeated season came to an end this weekend, when the junior midge team dropped a 20-0 loss to the North Middlesex Cowboys during New England Pop Warner regional action in Manchester, N.H.

Though it ended in a loss, the season was one of the best in recent memory. The Warriors won the RISMA Championship over Old Rochester and defeated the Concord Vipers in the first round of the New England Regionals.  The Warriors finish the season at 12-1. Team members include Ryan Ramos, Damien Mendoza, Anthony Reed, Jake Ribeiro, Nick Finney, DJ Machado, Val Aiello, Matt Ditondo, Ashton Begin, Devon Lancaster, Keith Stephenson, Zacc Francis, Ty Couto, Neil Thibaudeau, Trevor Arruda, Jake Sarza, Andrew Prendergast, Zack Sullivan, Tyler Rego, Connor McKenna, Caleb Harrington, Caden Cabral, and Jeff Silvia. The Junior Midget coaching staff include Dave Ramos, George Simmons, Henry Cabral, Matt Depasqual, Mark Rhynard and Jay Proulx.
