The Barrington High School football team will host one of the highest-scoring offenses in the state tonight, Sept. 27, when Cranston East visits Victory Field.

Barrington opened its Division I schedule last Friday with a 21-7 victory over Cranston West, while East has yet to play a Division I opponent.

So far this season, the Bolts have been putting up impressive scores against out-of-league teams. Cranston East outscored Coventry 43-33 and then blanked Exeter-West Greenwich 35-0. The Bolts knocked off Toll Gate 54-18 and then blasted Tolman 55-27.

The Eagles chalked up a 21-6 win in just two quarters of play against Rogers in the Injury Fund game, and then rolled to a lopsided win over Westerly in the season home-opener, 35-6, before defeating Cranston West on the road.

Kick-off is at 7 p.m. at Victory Field in Barrington tonight, Sept. 27.
