Warren volunteers make and deliver 350 Thanksgiving dinners

Hundreds of volunteers spent Thanksgiving morning and early afternoon at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Warren, preparing and delivering more than 350 Thanksgiving meals to the needy throughout Barrington, Bristol, Warren and East Providence.

The annual Thanksgiving meal drive was sponsored by Warren Unit 11 of the American Legion Auxiliary, and members of the Combat Veterans Association, as well as dozens of other local residents, volunteered.
