Marie Campo, 76, of East Providence, Riverside

Marie (Santie) Campo, 76, of East Providence and Riverside, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Evergreen House Health Center in East Providence.

Born in Providence, on July 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Augusta (Spendolini) Santie.

She always had a kind word to say and was a ray of sunshine to everyone. Marie worked at Rico Machine, Bristol, and Bradley Hospital, East Providence.

She is survived by her long time companion Joseph Costa of East Providence, by a daughter, Susan (Campo) Desrosiers of Riverside, and a son, Frank Keith Campo and his wife Elizabeth A. Campo of Bristol; She also has seven loving grandchildren, Jason Desrosiers, Joshua Desrosiers, Anthony Andrade, Frank K. Campo, Jr., Brittney E. Campo, Victoria M. Campo and the twinkle in her eye, her great granddaughter, Isabella Andrade; Two brothers, Frank Santie, his wife Joanne and niece Erika, the late Alfred D. Santie, and her cousin Delores Fiorentini who was like a sister to her. She will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends.

Her mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 10 a.m. at St. Brendan’s Church, 60 Turner Ave., Riverside. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visit familyschoicecremation.com for online condolences.
