Maybe if the sewer rate wasn't more than 3 times the water rate, more people could afford to pay their bills. Personally, I think some of these people are protesting the outrageous sewer rate. I applaud their action, and wish I had done the same thing. Change the sewer rate back to something reasonable, Mr. Lemont.
And, as much as I hate to admit this, Pawtucket makes it easier to pay since they send out the bills on a monthly basis. It does help people budget for it.
