Why should the town hire a third person to work nights when it as been suggested that the Weekend ACO could work nights? At the time it was suggested they also offered to cover the cost for the hours.

If a third person were hired the town would have to pay for that person to get rabies shots and pay the ACO to train the new person. But if the Weekend ACO was used, they have already had their shots and knows how the Shelter operates.
