I read on the Rhode Island Judiciary Homepage and to see his long records of his no care about protection orders scares me for his victim . He is not a productive member of society it sickness me to see him keep getting away with a slap on the wrist. He has been arrested for refusing to give a phone to up to his victim , Second degree arson domestic, and many domestic abusive cases he has no regards to protection orders. No more slaps on the wrist for this monster lock him up before he kills someone
