Report Inappropriate Comments

Gee... all these accomplishments, but under whose management? Not the absentee Council or ceremonial "Mayor." Sounds like the unceremoniously removed last City Manager did a great job in the last two years to turn the City around. Let's disregard that, and bring back a retread from the past to do more of the same ol' on the path to financial ruin.
