Why am I getting the feeling that, short of Ann Strong, the Spencer Trust is just one big embarrassment for the sitting Democrats on the Town Council.
If this Trust has been around for almost a decade, but groups like TAP-IN are just learning about it in 2013, what does that say about Trustees Speakman, Weymouth, and Coyne (I use the word Trustee lightly).
Councilor Coyne has a law enforcement background, and has a husband who works in the AG's office. She of all people should know that a Trustee sitting silent is near as bad as the perps doing the looting.
