RI citizens within the East Bay got stuck paying a toll on the Sakonnet Bridge. Yet our representative gets a tax free holiday for alcohol in which he is in the business. Lose taxes from alcohol sales, but there is a need to toll the bridge to help maintain it, does this make CENTS?
