So a guy went swimming and somebody got a parking ticket. Somebody was walking and urinating,,,, at the same time,,,that takes concentration,,,I heard they caught the guy and his name is I.P. Freely,.... Civilization is crumbling in the East Bay! The worst thing is that Somebody broke into the police station and stole the only toilet in the building! Right now the cops are anxious to apprehend the perpetrator but they have nothing to go on!
Seriously now, the skinny dipper hurt no one. Let him go. This is embarrassing its even in court. What a waste of money. There is real criminal activity going on out there. Thefts, assaults, hard drugs, drunk driving. But a single parking ticket and idiot swimming naked? oh boy.
