Ms. Blanchard, you have hit the nail on the head with all your facts, if the city council can not see this city manager has to go, then they should resign their positions on the council.

The taxpayer's have waited long enough to get a highly qualified professional city manager in place, one who works for all the residents and businesses not just the chosen few while looking out for his own best interest.

Time to get this on the next city council docket, VOTE OUT the city manager.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
