It is too bad Marina, letting her in was a big mistake.

They pushed the old Executive Director out for being a tyrant and a bully and were happy to bring Marchand in. Very, very big mistake, there are tons of engineers that would love that job. She has a job posted now for an engineer to take over the construction end, isn't that Marchand/Booth's jobs??? Why does the BCWA need another engineer at a high salary, what is her function???

The definition of a water/treatment operator is to gain the highest licensing possible and maintain the licensing through continuing education.

Marchand has never bothered to take an exam in distribution/treatment???

Her "friend" Booth has never taken an exam he was given his distribution license (Grandfathered) Why hasn't he every bothered to take a treatment exam "he wouldn't be able to pass"

I have taken and passed every water/treatment exam there is but I am not worthy of employment due to dirty deals and handshaking.
