You are absolutely correct Robert! It is a private club! And the people that have been hired since Marchand took command are "in the club"! This is a travesty! Why don't the residents petition their representatives and senators to close this cash cow down and have the PUC regulate it? Are they afraid their brake lines will be cut? (as mine were)?
