In my opinion, she has done absolutely nothing to warrant this raise. I was naively hoping they would restructure her contract for less money, since she is only able to do 50% of the job she was hired for.

I have been told that she is out golfing on most of the nice days.

I don't think she even understands what she was hired to do. She certainly didn't do much in Providence, which is probably why she was let go.

Providence is going to have a 24% rate increase soon - to pay for replacing the 100+ year old infrastructure (pipes) that she didn't plan for when she was at Providence. Nor did she, in her position on the RI Water Resources Board, make herself do it.

And now, BCWA ratepayers will have a rate increase passed on to us by Providence.

Time to dismantle folks... you don't need this cash cow!

The problem is that almost everyone who votes on these decisions has an achilles heel and they are running scared. Thank goodness for Ray and Bill!
