Hats off to the 4th committee for making plans to get around what I call failure to communicate between or senators and congressman and our president. Who ever heard that a Navy vessel couldn't be here for the 4th because of budget cuts. Our elected officials should be ashamed of themselves to even have to use the budget as an excuse.
If there was a major world war going on and they were all in action that would be excusable.
