The city desperately needs that AFO in place for the full five years, I do believe this will help keep the city on the right track.

Time to clean up the entire city in all departments.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
