Of course Joan doesn't want to question who did this because she was on the Town Council when the cement was poured! I also can't help to point out that during the huge budget debate last year when the schools had to contemplate closing a school if Dave Nelson's budget was approved, Joan Chabot wanted to see if we could rent the school we would have to close because of the budget she supported. She doesn't give much thought to her decision making process.
