Report Inappropriate Comments

It would be nice if we actually had a City Manager that cared about the city but he was no where to be found before,during and after the storm. Providence,Barrington, and Pawtucket had there Mayors and Safety Department Heads with all hands on deck. East Providence had a city manager that seems to left town before the storm sounds alot like the secret of moving to Cape Island. He doesn't care about this city get rid of him.
