You're 100% correct on this. Unfortunately the Feds have better sentencing guidelines for white collar crimes than Mass has against filth like this. This should have been a minimum 30+ year sentence, and that applies for any similar crimes against children. The justice system has it's priorities in the wrong places and needs a revamp.

I am told that this POS has an extensive criminal record. If that is the case why was that not mentioned in the article, and was that factored in with this lenient sentence he recieved? I also heard he was on SSI for a time playing the system while he had a heroin addiction. If true how does he get off with a measly 10 year stint in the big house? He has a couple of kids, wonder if they examined them to see if he did the same thing to them?

Hopefully he gets some prison justice and doesn't make it back out in to society. Scum like this should not be allowed to walk among the rest of society.
