I grew up in Riverside, Went to Oldham and lived there until I was 45. There is the apartments near there but that only consists of a very small amount of children attending the school. Single parents? I do not agree, there are single parents but not as much as other city's. East Providence being wealthier? I have a feeling you are new to the area or didn't grow up in riverside Bullocks point area.
