The votes will be recounted on Friday Nov 16 at noon ! Rhode Island has had broken voter machines ,ballots brought to the wrong towns and people waiting hours in line .It's almost like voting in a third world country .
Looks like a tough wait for any Republicans in Rhode Island ! They could always find a few ballots stuck in one of those broken machines.
The chain of custody and the total number of votes cast should be the main topic during the recount !
