Try to give it to people who actually need it this time ok ? When was the last time you actually reviewed your applicants living or income situatons and actually did something about it ? Such blatant abuse of this "perk" on the hardworking taxpayers dime is obvious in every neighborhood on the North side of Warren yet absolutely nothing gets done about it....free rent, food, cell phones, medical & heat...but yet perfectly capable of working or they have an income coming in from the people who aren't supposed to be living there !!!
