Ted, nobody is confusing you with Ted Hayes, it appears your a local, and I made these claims years back and nobody wanted to listen. I am not crying because my taxdollars are not in jeopardy of going down the drain. Its people like you and your attitude that allowed this to happen because everyone had a right to speak out and to vote, the present town council were voted in and are part to blame for warren woes.
