It's a shame this has happened, Chief Tavarares never had a chance in East Providence, and the sad thing is that not all our officers were against him, just the ones who always make trouble!! Why not get Chief Gary Dias back in there for a year or so, this department was at it's best when he was there! Let him get the department back in shape.
