Letter: Socialists on Town Council have revealed themselves

To the editor:

In regards to the Portsmouth Town Council voting to restrict the First Amendment rights of those who wish to speak on issues before that body …

• It was only a matter of time before the many socialists on the Portsmouth Town Council revealed themselves for who they really are.

• It's how socialists operate. When other people, in this instance Portsmouth citizens, have an opinion other than theirs, they quickly move to silence them.

• This is but the opening volley of a group determined to reduce the rights of Portsmouth citizens and ignore the pleas of its taxpayers.

• But, just because you voted for them, doesn't mean you shouldn't be concerned.
