Monday, Dec. 10
A Metacom Avenue woman complained that her downstairs neighbor was smoking marijuana and “stinking up her apartment.” Police responded, and told the woman to contact her landlord.
A Union Street woman reported spotting crowbar marks on her back door. The woman told police that nothing was missing.
A Sisson Street woman complained about her upstairs neighbor’s loud music.
Tuesday, Dec. 11
Police checked on a car pulled over on the side of Market Street just after 2:30 a.m. The driver had pulled over to use the telephone, the officer reported.
Fire crews were called out to Jacobs Point for a lawnmower that was reportedly on fire.
A juvenile, 16, was charged with simple assault after two students at the Highlander Charter School got into a fight at the school.
A Market Street woman reported being threatened.
Police picked up Frank Zerambo, 66, of 15 Martin St., Apt. 2, on a warrant for violating a no contact order.
Norberta Mendonca, 47, of 10 Beechwood Court, was charged with domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct, after her mother reported being assaulted by her.
Police checked on a woman who a caller said appeared to be sleeping in her car off Metacom Avenue at 8:40 p.m. Turns out she was watching videos on her phone, an officer said.
Wednesday, Dec. 12
A Sisson Street resident reported an ongoing noise issue.
Police spoke to a man on Main Street after a caller reported that he was asking people for money.
Police were called to a Main Street establishment at 9:51 p.m. after a caller complained that the music was too loud. The bar manager told police she would lower the volume.
Thursday, Dec. 13
A deer was struck and killed on Main Street, just south of the former Fore N Aft restaurant near the Bristol town line.
Police advised a woman on how to file a restraining order, after she contacted officers about text messages she’d received from an ex-boyfriend.
A Metacom Avenue woman told police that her neighbor was harassing her and had even showed up at her place of employment.
A man found a wallet and cell phone and turned them in to police.
A caller reported a possible drunk driver on Market Street.

A Sowamsett Avenue woman reported being threatened by her ex-boyfriend.
Saturday, Dec. 15
Jose V. Semiao, 47, of 45 Mason St., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over at Market and Barney streets at 12:48 a.m.
A Mayo Drive woman called police to report that her son, a juvenile, smokes marijuana in the garage.
Livestock got loose on Barton Avenue.
A Truman Avenue resident reported two loud bangs; police said it appeared to be fireworks coming from the area of Barden Lane.
Sunday, Dec. 16
A caller reported a car circling the neighborhood around Seymour Street just before 1:30 a.m.
A caller complained about loud music in a car on Hope Street.
Kellie-Ann Mason, 49, of Johnston, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over at Market Street and Lambert Lane at 9:32 p.m.
