The Portsmouth Portuguese Americans of Rhode Island honored the Patron Saint Anthony of Padua this past weekend.

An annual tradition for the past 90 years filled with a parade, marching band, traditional Portuguese food, Northern Portuguese dance, and carnival rides.

Saint Anthony is known as the Patron Saint of Lost Items and the community "says a prayer to him if they ever want to find what they have lost" host, Len Silva said. This year, he will be saying a prayer for all the memories he has lost and wants to remember again.
