I am writing this letter in sincere appreciation for the speedy response and excellent work of the Warren police, fire and rescue crews who came to my aid during a medical emergency last month. I would especially like to thank Warren Fire Chief Al Galinelli, Sue Annarummo and Bill Estrella for their professionalism and help. Thank you.
