Kind stranger helped two lonely souls

kitty

To the editor:
The Warren Animal Shelter volunteers would like to thank the very kind person who notified us about a newly born kitten that was left by the roadside near the waste treatment plant on Water Street. This poor abandon kitten is now being bottle fed and cared for by one of the shelter’s volunteers. It seemed like an act of fate that this poor kitten was rescued and shortly afterwards a gentleman at Kickemuit Village called, looking to adopt a kitten for companionship, since he was all alone. It is nice to know that our shelter not only finds good homes for these poor animals, but also can provide a pet as a companion that provides unconditional love.
On behalf of the Warren Animal Shelter volunteers,
Anna Palmieri
