Raymond V. Plante, 81, of Church Street, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Carol S. (DeAngelis) Plante.
Born in Warren, a son of the late Wilfred and Eva (Forrest) Plante, he lived in Barrington since 1988.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three step-sons, Gary, Stephen and David Benedetti; two sisters, Alice Marchand and Irene Mello; and a brother, Wilfred Plante. He was the brother of the late Terry Kation, Doris Ramos and Albert, Robert, Leo and Arthur Plante.
His funeral was held on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Ave., Riverside with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington. Burial with Military Honors followed in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.wrwatsonfuneralhome.com
