Mary Ann Gibbemeyer, 90, of North Miami Beach, Flor.

Mary Ann Gibbemeyer, 90, of North Miami Beach, Flor. went to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. She is survived by two loving sons, Michael (Nancy) and Jerome; three loving daughters, Theresa Westervelt (Dan), Kathryn Farnum (Edwrd Lynch) and Patricia Duboff (Kenneth); three grandchildren, Brittney, Justin and Jamie; and one great grandson, Anthony James. Mary has six surviving sisters, twin sister, Anne Hennessey, Rose Falugo, Jeanette Harrington, Lucy Paulson, Evelyn Keener and Catherine Hansson.

Mary served as a corporal in WWII in the Woman’s Army Corps (WACS), a past president of the Women’s Club at Holy Family Catholic Church, volunteered at Villa Maria Nursing Center for many years. She was also an owner of a family business for 25 years in Bristol, Rhode Island.

A memorial service was held on Feb. 16 Holy Family Church, North Miami. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Villa Maria Nursing Center, 1050 NE 125th St., North Miami, Flor. 33161

    My deepest sympathy in the loss of your mom amd grandma. I used to babysit for your mom when I was a teenager, I now live in Southern California. I remember babysitting for Michael and I think Theresa. Please let me know if you get this mesage it would be so nice to hear from you. Mom owned a store on Hope St in Bristol and thats when I babysat for you guys and lived on Hope St. My love to all of you and God bless.
