Irene M. Silva, 86, of Warren died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at the Grace Barker Nursing Center in Warren. She was the beloved wife of Manuel P. Silva.Born in Warren, a daughter of the late Aldege and Eva (Angers) Aubin, she was a homemaker.
She was the loving mother of Manuel P. Silva Jr. and his wife Brenda of Warren. She was the grandmother of Jessica Bertrand, Daniel Silva, Eric Silva and Stephanie Silva, and great-grandmother of Savannah Bertrand. She was predeceased by her brother Aldrege Aubin.
Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends Tuesday, Nov. 20, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, from the funeral home, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. in St Thomas the Apostle Church, 500 Metacom Ave. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery.
