Westport Police: Kirby Road among break-in targets

Friday, Feb. 15

Break-ins were reported on Kirby Road at 12:33 p.m. and again at 6:52 p.m.

Rafael J. Hernandez, 29, of 55 Almada St., Westport, was charged at 8:08 p.m. with driving an unregistered motor vehicle while using a suspended license.

Sunday, Feb. 17

A break-in was reported on State Road at 8:33 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

At 1:33 p.m., Amanda D. Rebello, 256, of 40 Maple St., Westport, was arrested on a warrant and taken to court.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

A car fire was reported on John Reed Road at 8:38 a.m.

Danny Silva, 36, of East Freetown, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving using a false name after a motor vehicle stop on State Road at 1:14 p.m.

Fridfay, Feb. 22

After a 1:23 a.m. car stop on State Road, police charged Eriberto Diaz, 33, of Fall River, with driving with a suspended license,  and with inspection sticker and license plate violations.
