Andrew Primo
Andrew Primo, 36, of 9 Mt. Pleasant Street Westport, is accused of assaulting a 4-year-old family relative. The child was being cared for at Mr. Primo’s home during the alleged incident. The child’s parent notified police.
Following his arrest, Mr. Primo was transported to Fall River District Court for his arraignment.
