Charter cable, in agreement with NBCUniversal, will provide coverage of the XXII Olympic Winter Games from Sochi, Russia on both television and internet. Coverage starts Thursday, Feb. 6, and run through Sunday, Feb. 23.
Charter’s video customers will have access to over 1,500 hours of Winter Olympic programming, including every Olympic competition, live and on-demand and across multiple platforms. In addition to broadcasts on the networks including NBC, NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), MSNBC, CNBC, and USA Network, subscribers can stay connected to the games via NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports Live Extra app.
NBCOlympics.com will feature, for the first time, live streaming coverage of all events, plus event rewinds and extensive video highlights.

NBCUniversal is making Olympic highlights and select event rewinds available via Charter’s Video-On-Demand service. The content will be available in the Primetime Free folder: NBC/2014 Sochi Olympics.
NBC will begin its primetime coverage of the 2014 Sochi Olympics on Thursday, Feb. 6, one night before the Opening Ceremony on Friday Feb. 7. Thursday’s coverage is expected to incude slopestyle (men’s and women’s), in which two-time gold medalist Shaun White is expected to compete in the slopestyle’s Olympic debut; team figure skating, which is also in the Olympics for the first time; and women’s freestyle moguls.
