Someone complained about the noise being made by hunters going after waterfowl on the Kickemuit River.
A Shore Drive resident reported being harassed by an oil company employee.
Tuesday, Dec. 24
Police dispersed a group of unwanted individuals from a Miller Street address.
Someone complained about potholes, lots of them, on Water Street at Long Wharf Drive.
Police got a complaint that kids were throwing rocks on Martin Street.
A possible marsh fire on Bay Road turned out to be an open burn on a private property. There was no problem, the fire chief said.
A man driving on Metacom Avenue reported being hit from behind. When he pulled over, the car that struck him sped away.
A sober driver picked up a drunk man at a Market Street establishment after police were called.

A caller reported a suspicious man looking in her window.
An erratic driver call came in from Market Street.
Thursday, Dec. 26
A Main Street woman called police after her ex showed up at 12:33 a.m. and started banging on the door. She asked that he be removed.
Parents of several children were reported yelling at each other on Main Street, just before noon.
Police dispersed a panhandler from a Metacom Avenue location.
Police got a call that kids on Ellis Avenue were shooting Airsoft guns at a home.
Friday, Dec. 27
A man having an argument with his girlfriend called police from Main Street, asking them to come out.
An open burning complaint came in from Market Street.
Ira H. Rex III, 52, of Rehoboth, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, after police pulled him over on Metacom Avenue at 11:35 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 28
Someone complained that a woman appeared to have passed out in her car, which was parked and running on Child Street, alongside a fence. Police checked it out and learned otherwise: The woman was warming up her car.
A car struck a deer on Main Street, killing it.
Someone reported a chicken under a car parked n Child Street. The animal control officer returned the bird to its owner on Orchard Avenue.
A caller on William Avenue reported a kid with a BB gun.
Copper pipes were reported stolen from a basement on Vernon Street.
A loose cow call came in from Touisset Road.
Police went to Child Street for a parked car that had been running for several hours. Turns out the owner forgot to turn it off.
Keely A. Standish, 40, of Barrington, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after a domestic dispute on Roseland Avenue.
Sunday, Dec. 29
A Metacom Avenue man told police that an acquaintance took his car without his consent.
An erratic driver was reported on Market Street.
